M365 Digital Engineer

Overview

IT Systems Engineering Specialist role at Marsh McLennan, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Colleague Tech team. The role will be based in Kuala Lumpur and focus on supporting and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity tools for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, maintenance, and engineering support for the Microsoft 365 environment and related applications including but not limited to OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Power Platform
• Maintain and support licensing models and related processes
• Actively manage ServiceNow ticket queue and escalations
• Create and maintain engineering and process documentation
• Monitor service health and maintain Microsoft message center and roadmap activities
• Serve as a technical resource on projects and mergers & acquisitions activities
