We are looking for a Service Centre Officer based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong! Responsibilities
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly Provide and record all guest messages and wake-up calls Fulfill guest needs as requested according to the established standard Answer general inquiries and explain latest F&B promotion Perform any other duties as requested by the Supervisors Qualifications
Relevant experience in the Hotel or Service Industry Proven demonstration of teamwork Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua Willingness to rotate across shifts, including day, night and overnight shifts All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purpose.
