Summary
BloomThis is looking for an Email & Retention Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team. You will be owning the planning, execution and analysis of all email, WhatsApp and loyalty marketing campaigns for BloomThis — from planning campaigns to building layouts, deployment, and reporting. The ideal candidate is organised and possesses an eye for design while being analytical.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute BloomThis' email, WhatsApp and loyalty programs, including; creating / segmenting lists, building layouts, tagging links, scheduling comms and setting up tests
- Improve email & retention KPIs : deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate, revenue, lifetime value as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
- Research new email & retention marketing strategies
- Plan monthly email & WhatsApp marketing calendars
- Plan, build and setup email & WhatsApp acquisition / lead gen campaigns
- Plan, build and setup email & WhatsApp flows / automations
- Plan, build and setup email & WhatsApp campaigns weekly
- Test new email & WhatsApp strategies (A / B tests)
- Generate weekly / monthly email & WhatsApp performance reports
- Analyse email & WhatsApp performance weekly
- Brainstorm product & campaign ideas with the team
Requirements
1-2 years of experience as an email / retention marketer for an e-commerce brand / email agencyBA in mass comms or related fieldHighly creative, imaginative and curiousExperience in Klaviyo, WATI or other ESPsStrong understanding of email / whatsapp best practicesKnowledge of e-commerce email / whatsapp strategy and creationExperience working on an e-commerce email / whatsapp programStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimizeStrong communication and organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with cross-functional teamsPassion for continuous improvement
