This role is critical in building strong relationships with dental clinics, ensuring successful adoption of Clear Aligner products, and driving sustainable business growth. Expertise Area
- Sales experience in the Dental Industry is highly preferred.
- Alternatively, sales experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device companies will be considered.
- As a last resort, candidates with strong sales backgrounds in FMCG or Telco may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Play an active role in planning and executing Clear Aligner product campaigns.Prospect, arrange demos, follow up on pre-sales, and close sales opportunities.Regularly engage with customers to promote current offers and introduce new products using consultative sales techniques.Negotiate competitive pricing (within limits or contracts) and process customer orders.Attend training programs, product sessions, and conventions to stay updated on product knowledge and selling points.Forward marketing and promotional information to customers.Collaborate with Admin, Finance, and Production teams to handle returns, track orders, resolve discrepancies, and manage customer inquiries.Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems.Support dental clinics with coaching to ensure full adoption of new technologies.Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and deadlines.Contribute to planning and development of Clear Aligner strategies with the Country and Regional Sales Managers.Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures in all work activities.Job Description
