What you'll be doing?
- Proactive outreach : Connect with potential customers through cold calling and set up meetings to explore new business opportunities.
- Customer-centric solutions : Understand client needs and deliver compelling sales proposals that provide value and build trust.
- Performance tracking : Submit weekly sales reports, including market insights and order updates to monitor progress and identify trends.
- Relationship management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth order delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Who are they looking for?
Educational background : A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Engineering (Metal / Tool & Die), Material Science, Metallurgy, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.Sales experience : 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial field, demonstrating your ability to achieve targets and build client relationships.Relationship builder : Natural aptitude for developing rapport and trust with clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Language proficiency : Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as you'll be working closely with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure effective communication and understanding of their needs.Why you should consider this opportunity?
