Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. You will play a key role in driving HR strategy, overseeing HR operations, and aligning people management with business goals. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
- Manage HR budgeting, labor standards, and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and retention programs.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Provide leadership in employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, compensation practices, and company regulations.
- Lead performance management, salary review programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Partner with department heads to improve productivity, service standards, and customer experience.
- Represent the company in HR-related audits, disputes, or external negotiations.
- Drive HR digitalization, data reporting, and continuous improvement in HR processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
