Brand Manager

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Manager to lead strategic brand building and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen, creativity, and the ability to translate market insights into impactful strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive brand growth, strengthen market position, and deliver against business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Brand Building : Create and nurture brands by developing impactful stories that connect deeply with consumers.
• Market Insights : Leverage consumer and market data (Nielsen, Kantar, etc.) to drive targeted marketing strategies.
• Digital & Media Expertise : Manage media buying and stay ahead of evolving digital and e-commerce trends.
• Collaboration : Work seamlessly with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
• Budget Management : Oversee and track marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and financial discipline.
• Business Partnership : Define and execute strategic brand and marketing objectives aligned with company goals.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs and market share, adjusting strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
