To support their rapid expansion in Southeast Asia, we’re looking for a motivated Malay-speaking Business Development Manager to join their Kuala Lumpur office and drive regional growth.

Languages : Malay (C1), English (B2)

Responsibilities :

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue

Develop and nurture long-term client relationships

Identify new business opportunities using market insights and professional networks

Execute strategic plans to grow the company’s client base and brand awareness

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to boost client engagement

Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry and competitor trends

Travel as needed to attend client meetings and industry events

Requirements :

• ? Native / fluent in Malay (C1) and fluent in English (minimum B2)

3+ years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally in financial services, fintech, or trading

Sound knowledge of financial markets (Forex, equities, or related)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Willingness to travel when required for business needs
