• Design, embed, and champion the culture—a dynamic and measurable set of behaviors that drive desired business outcomes (e.g., speed, psychological safety, customer obsession). Elevate the Employee Experience (EX)

from pre-hire to post-exit, treating employees as the organization's most critical customer. Drive digital tools, inclusive practices, and leadership accountability to ensure the culture is lived, not just stated. Talent Acquisition & Future Workforce Strategy -

Establish Build, Buy, Borrow, or Bot strategies for talent acquisition. Invest heavily in up-skilling and re-skilling programs (the "Build" strategy) to ensure internal mobility and career growth are prioritized over external hiring. Performance Management and Value Creation
