Business Analyst

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Ability to create clear documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories). Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar. Malaysian only.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a solid understanding of both business processes and technical concepts. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business analysis and a minimum of 1 year of hands-on coding experience. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and propose solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
- Perform data analysis and support testing activities.
- Create wireframes, use cases, and process flows as needed.
- Leverage coding experience to validate feasibility and assist in prototyping or automation.
- Participate in UAT and support project rollouts.
