Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the business services industry.

Provide career guidance and advice to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements.

Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide value-added consultation to clients and candidates.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue and performance targets.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Recruitment Consultant Should Have

A bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for business-related disciplines.

Experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.

A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering quality outcomes.

Knowledge of the business services sector and its hiring trends.
