Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in (industry – construction / engineering / manufacturing, please confirm). Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. About the role
Treone Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our thriving construction business.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to achieve milestones.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
