Job Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Develop monthly content calendars and ensure brand consistency in tone and visuals.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Engage with audiences, respond to comments / messages, and manage online communities.
Track and report social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management.
Strong copywriting skills and creative eye for visuals.
Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Analytical mindset and basic Excel / PowerPoint reporting skills.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Malay and English (a plus).
Ability to work with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.
