Overview

We're Hiring : Head of HRBP (Hybrid Working Arrangement)!

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR Business Partner to lead our HRBP function and drive organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, foster employee engagement, and champion organizational development initiatives.

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Mode : Hybrid

Role : Head of HRBP (Hybrid Working Arrangement)

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the HRBP team to deliver strategic HR solutions
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent management
  • Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
  • Implement performance management and succession planning strategies
  • Manage change management processes and organizational restructuring
  • Provide strategic HR guidance on business decisions and policies

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP leadership
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Proven track record in talent management and organizational development
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in HR Metrics and Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
