💡 Provide strategic HR guidance on business decisions and policies

What We're Looking For :

✅ 15+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP leadership

✅ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities

✅ Proven track record in talent management and organizational development

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Experience in HR Metrics and Analytics.

✅ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
