Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Product Designer to join a high‑performing digital team on a 1‑year contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Design Managers, fellow product designers, digital leads, project managers, and product owners to bring human‑centered design to life across mobile and web platforms. This role is ideal for a mid‑to‑senior designer who thrives in complex digital ecosystems and wants to contribute to scalable, user‑friendly digital experiences. The scope of work spans mobile apps and websites in the consumer technology and digital services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design outcomes across various digital products and touchpoints.
• Simplify complex user journeys into intuitive, meaningful experiences.
• Translate user research insights into actionable design decisions.
• Apply design thinking to uncover user pain points and generate relevant solutions.
• Deliver clean, engaging user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively with rationale and user value. Maintain and contribute to UX / UI design standards, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX practices, trends, and tools to keep digital products competitive.
