The role

Join the Hirer Ad Products team driving efficient, value-aligned monetisation for our customers. Focus on Add Ons, optimising existing offerings and exploring new product features. You\'ll need strong research and visual design skills, working in cross-functional squads to balance quality user experiences with business objectives across our Asia-Pacific platforms spanning eight countries.

Key responsibilities

• Planning & strategy : plan design initiatives aligned with product outcomes; shape product direction through understanding customer needs and industry trends;
• Collaboration & delivery : work with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to solve problems and deliver impactful solutions balancing user needs, business goals and technical feasibility;
• Design leadership : lead end-to-end design including research, prototyping, usability testing and data analysis for complex challenges;
• Communication : communicate and defend design decisions through compelling storytelling aligned with company objectives;
• Systems & consistency : leverage and evolve Design System for product consistency, creating bespoke components when necessary;
• Inclusive design : create solutions tailored to Asia-Pacific\'s cultural and linguistic diversity; and
• Innovation : investigate emerging technologies (AI, personalisation) to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
