Overview
We are hiring for the Salesforce Lead role at RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, and team leadership to optimize sales processes and enhance customer relationships.
Role : Salesforce Lead
Budget / Location : Salary RM 12 - 15k; Location : Wisma Mah Sing (On-Site), Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration & Governance : Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access settings; maintain system security, data integrity, and compliance with internal governance policies; monitor system usage and performance to ensure platform stability and availability; oversee system audits, data cleansing, and scheduled backup processes.
- Development & Customization : Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications, integrations, and automations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow; configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to meet evolving business requirements; integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party tools via APIs and middleware; implement new Salesforce features as part of continuous system enhancement.
- Project & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions; lead Salesforce-related projects from inception to deployment, ensuring quality, scope, and timeline adherence; coordinate with vendors or implementation partners for upgrades, integrations, or specialized solutions; provide user training, technical documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Data Management & Reporting : Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all Salesforce modules; design dashboards and reports for business intelligence, analytics, and KPI tracking; promote data-driven decision-making through automation and real-time analytics.
- Leadership & Continuous Improvement : Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and analysts; stay informed of new Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and best practices; recommend and implement improvements to increase system efficiency and user adoption.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Salesforce Developer II or other certifications advantageous.Experience & Skills
Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or managerial capacity; proven track record managing Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations; strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, and API integrations; experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management; project management and leadership experience; detail-oriented with high data accuracy standards; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Performance Indicators
