We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to be the primary operational and logistical backbone for our wholesale partners. You will be the first point of contact for all operational topics, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and profitable supply flow from order placement to final delivery and payment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Operations & Order Management :
Manage the end-to-end wholesale order cycle (pre-season and in-season).
Act as the main contact for partners regarding orders, logistics, and after-sales support.
Track and ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF) .
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination :
Coordinate daily deliveries between our warehouses and partner logistics centers.
Proactively identify and resolve delivery and supply flow bottlenecks in collaboration with internal teams.
Financial & Sales Administration :
Own the end-to-end invoicing process and ensure timely payment collection.
Monitor sales and stock data to provide the Account Management team with essential inventory analysis.
Business Support & Planning :
Provide operational data and analysis to assist Account Managers in developing seasonal forecasts and commercial strategies.
