Communication : Report on project status and resource needs. Training : Encourage team collaboration and skill development. Documentation : Prepare reports as needed. Experience as a Foreman or similar roles. Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. RM1800 for basic salary, will get more salary depends on experience

Location : Senai I-park, Johor
Working Hours : 9 : 30am to 6 : 00pm, from Monday to Saturday (OT provided)
Job Description :
- Supervision :
Lead and manage laborers and subcontractors.
Assist in planning and scheduling tasks.
Inspect work for quality and adherence to standards.
Serve as the main contact between management and crew.
Train new employees on safety and job duties.
Keep accurate records of work, materials, and hours.
