Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessment for merchandisers by meeting with team leaders to understand field performance (attitude / compliance delivery) or conduct TNA directly for merchandisers.
- Familiarize oneself with the product knowledge and deliver knowledge to merchandisers.
- Research and read to produce training material related to the topic to improve knowledge of oneself and the knowledge of the receiver; self‑update with current FMCG market update.
- Plan monthly training calendar and ensure attendance by target audience.
- Key person to update all training materials.
- Create training material (soft skills / refresher / case study / workshop) – brainstorm with team from time to time.
- Involve in merchandiser performance review and new joiner coaching program.
- Conduct RPS training to New Joiner with quiz.
- Ensure theory training of system conducted to all merchandisers.
- Field training upon request by TL, especially for new joiner.
- Work closely with TL & admin to understand area for improvement to adapt into merchandisers monthly refresher topics.
- Involve in merchandising monthly meeting and update on bulletin.
- Required to travel to outstation for refresher training or field training whenever requested.
- Committed member to plan agenda when there is an event such as Townhall.
Academic Qualification
Candidates must pass at least SPM level & above and have experience in merchandising field.Work Experience / Skills
