- Provide strategic leadership to admission and marketing teams across all campuses.
- Collaborate with Principals, SLTs, and Group Management to set clear enrolment, revenue, and retention strategies.
Student Recruitment & Sales Pipeline Management
Oversee and standardise the recruitment and admission processes across all UCSI Schools to ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices.Manage, monitor, and report on the full sales pipeline — from lead generation, nurturing, and conversion to enrolment — using CRM systems to track performance.Lead recruitment campaigns that leverage digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, events, and school engagement programmes.Analyse demographic data, competitor strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and new student segments.Build and maintain strong partnerships with education consultants, feeder schools, and agencies to expand recruitment channels.Brand Management, Marketing & Digital Advertising
Strengthen UCSI Schools Group’s brand identity, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all platforms.Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns — digital, print, outdoor, and event-based — to generate leads and maximise brand exposure.Oversee content development (brochures, videos, website, social media, email campaigns) that highlight unique selling points.Drive digital advertising strategies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), monitor KPIs, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.Use analytics and data-driven insights to refine marketing initiatives, track lead conversion, and improve campaign performance.Team Development And Management
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing admission and marketing teams.Establish KPIs and performance dashboards for admissions, marketing, and lead conversion.Encourage continuous professional development, upskilling the team in digital marketing, CRM, and sales pipeline management.Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and alumni, positioning UCSI Schools as the school of choice.Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to ensure admissions processes align with the school’s mission and standards.Represent UCSI Schools at community events, education fairs, and international forums to promote the brand and expand networks.Development & New Initiatives
Support the design and execution of new and existing revenue-generating projects, including summer / winter camps, swimming academy, short courses, and community programmes.Implement feedback surveys and customer experience improvement initiatives to enhance retention.Carry out other duties as assigned in line with the growth of UCSI Schools Group.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field; Master's preferred.Minimum 10 years of proven success in admissions, marketing, or student recruitment within the education sector.Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM-driven sales pipeline management.Strong track record in meeting enrolment and revenue growth targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Leadership experience in managing multi-campus teams and cross-functional projects.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO / SEM), CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.Willingness to work weekends and travel as required.Proficiency in English required; fluency in Mandarin / Chinese is advantageous.Must possess own transport.About UCSI International School Sdn Bhd
