Junior QAQC Executive (Food & Beverage Industry)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that production operation meets all guidelines and SOP.
• Assist in finished goods, incoming & outgoing goods quality checking.
• Coordinate and oversee quality control inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Maintain and calibrate QC tools.
• Responsible for product testing and product research and development.
• Root Cause Analysis & Problem Resolution : assist in investigating quality issues, non-conformance incidents, and customer complaints.
• Assist in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Documentation : monitor and record keeping of PEST control system and chemical control.
• Assist in preparing for and participating in internal and external audits.
• Handle administration duties related to the QC department.
