About The Role
A Senior Engineer (Plating) responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining electroplating or chemical plating processes to ensure superior coating performance, yield, and product reliability. This role also involves managing and maintaining plating equipment to ensure stable operations and compliance with quality and environmental standards.
What You Will Do
Define key process parameters (voltage, current, time, temperature, chemical concentration).
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of plating equipment.
Develop and maintain control plans and SPC charts.
Ensure plating processes comply with internal standards and regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
Partner with production, quality, R&D, and maintenance teams.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals.
