QC Executive / Supervisor

Responsibilities

Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, and recording results.

Assist superiors in supervising daily inspection activities for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.

Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting / returning nonconforming materials.

Approve in-process production by verifying specifications, conducting tests, and communicating adjustments to production supervisors.

Approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.

Return products for rework when necessary and complete documentation to confirm rework.

Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.

Ensure measurement equipment operates properly by following instructions and requesting repairs when needed.

Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to standards, procedures, and legal regulations.

Coach and mentor junior employees, fostering leadership and professional growth.

Continuously update job knowledge through training, technical publications, seminars, and industry resources.

Contribute to organizational goals by completing related tasks as required.

Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, actively improving processes in these areas.

Maintain good housekeeping (5S) and promote effective teamwork.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with the company’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
