Project Executive

Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Project Executive to join our dynamic team at YP Nominees Holdings Sdn. Bhd. As a Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our agricultural initiatives, contributing to the strategic objectives of the company. Based in Ipoh, Perak, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• 1. Project Planning & Coordination - Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, timelines, and work plans.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, government agencies, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure alignment of projects with the company’s strategic goals and compliance with GLC governance requirements.
• 2. Plantation & Agricultural Project Support - Support the implementation of palm oil plantation projects, including land preparation, planting, harvesting, and sustainability practices.
• Assist in monitoring and managing diversified projects such as fertigasi crops, cash crops, livestock (ternakan lembu), and other agricultural initiatives.
• Track progress and performance metrics for plantation yields, cost efficiency, and sustainability targets.
• 3. Monitoring & Reporting - Prepare project progress reports, financial updates, and compliance documentation for management and Board review.
• Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are executed according to plan and standards.
• 4. Compliance & Governance - Ensure all projects adhere to GLC governance frameworks, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Support the adoption of best practices in ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) for plantation operations.
• 5. Stakeholder Management - Liaise with stakeholders including government agencies, local communities, and business partners.
• Provide administrative and technical support during project meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
