Service & Maintenance Manager

What you'll be doing?

• Lead maintenance operations : Oversee and optimize all service and maintenance activities for BMS and EMS, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Manage field teams : Lead scheduling of preventive, predictive, and curative maintenance, while coordinating field teams and maintaining comprehensive service documentation.
• Develop client relationships : Create and manage maintenance contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs), fostering strong partnerships with clients.
• Collaborate across departments : Work closely with R&D and operations teams to enhance product serviceability and improve overall system performance.
• Monitor performance : Track key performance indicators such as system uptime, resolution times, and customer feedback to continually improve service quality.
• Mentor and train : Provide guidance, training, and evaluation for service technicians, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
• Manage resources : Oversee budgets, spare parts ordering, and vendor relations to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Ensure safety : Implement and maintain safety compliance and best practices across all service and maintenance activities.
