Customer Service Officer
Base pay range : MYR45,000.00 / yr - MYR54,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Responsible for local and overseas customers / clients, with communication in English, Malay and Chinese.
- Respond to customer / client inquiries and provide comprehensive support via phone, email and live chat.
- Assist customers / clients with trading account registration, onboarding and verification processes.
- Provide consultation services on the trading platform, tools and features, addressing technical or operational issues.
- Resolve customer / client concerns and questions promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases as necessary.
- Responsible for proper recording, filing and organizing of customer feedback and suggestions.
- Contribute to the development of customer service processes, knowledge bases and training materials.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Degree or above in relevant qualifications; diploma in Business, Economics or Financial‑related courses is welcome.Proven working experience in a related field is preferred (call center, online trading, or stockbroking), though fresh graduates are also welcome.Familiarity with online trading platforms, stock exchanges, capital / financial markets, trading regulations and investment products is advantageous.Computer literacy is preferred.Language proficiency in English and Malay is mandatory; Chinese / Mandarin is advantageous.Professionalism, independence, meticulousness, patience, empathy, strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service mindset.Excellent team player with high working efficiency; able to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and timely.Able to work according to assigned shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends; shift allowance available for evening and night shifts.Benefits
