For over a decade, we've partnered with leading developers and premium brands to create campaigns that blend strategy, storytelling, and design excellence. Our team thrives on bold ideas, immersive concepts, and flawless execution — and now, we're looking for an Art Director to lead our creative vision to new heights.

Your Role

As an Art Director, you will :

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver award-worthy creative campaigns.
  • Translate strategy into compelling visuals that tell stories and move audiences.
  • Oversee brand identity, campaign visuals, and multi-platform design execution.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to ensure creative coherence.
  • Push boundaries with bold concepts while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and design excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in design or creative leadership, ideally within advertising, branding, or property marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, print, and conceptual work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with emerging design tools / AI.
  • Eye for detail, balance, and visual storytelling.
  • Leadership skills : able to guide, motivate, and elevate a creative team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to impress both clients and internal teams.
