Sales Manager About the Company : Join a well-established Japanese automotive parts manufacturer and OEM supplier specializing in drivetrain and spring components for the automotive and motorcycle industries, covering a range of products including clutch covers, clutch discs, torque converters, and various types of vehicle and motorcycle springs. Responsibilities

Follow up with existing customers (regular meetings, acquiring new projects, follow-up on existing items, etc.) Develop new business with potential clients Formulate and execute sales strategies, including numerical analysis Overall management of the Sales Department Train, guide, set targets, and monitor progress for a team of 5–6 subordinates Domestic and overseas business trips (currently about once every six months, with potential for increased frequency in the future) Qualifications

Over 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (experience with parts is not required) Experience in managing team members Seniority level
