Ecommerce Operations Executive (Johor Bahru)

Penerangan pekerjaanOrder fulfilment Warehouse management Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly Work closely with SG e-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly Coordinate with part-timers to plan monthly work schedule Provide customer support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned Diploma / degree in the related field Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred) Good command of English Skilled in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Detail oriented, organised and has good time management Able to work independently and display strong initiatives Working hours from 9 : 30am - 5 : 30pm | Monday to Friday - Work From Office Able to commute to the office located in Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru City Square)

- Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
- Assist the e-commerce operations team with onboarding to hit online sales targets
- Shoot and measure merchandise
