Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements and design reviews of new products to ensure testability and a strong understanding of product features.
• Design, prepare, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications across different platforms, devices, and browsers.
• Conduct various testing types across projects, including functional, regression, UAT, integration, UI / UX, and exploratory testing .
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA, ensuring issues are communicated clearly and resolved promptly.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.
• Support API validation and testing (e.g., using Postman); basic automation scripting (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps in the QA process and suggesting enhancements.
• Exposure to CI / CD or performance testing tools (e.g., Gitlab, Jenkins, JMeter) is considered an advantage but not required.
