Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong. The Audit Assistant Manager / Supervisor will oversee a team of auditors and execute an allocated audit portfolio, assess financial statements for accuracy and compliance with regulations, and ensure adherence to accounting standards. The role involves guiding and reviewing the work of team members, providing audit findings and recommendations, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The Assistant Manager / Supervisor is also expected to keep up-to-date with industry and regulatory changes to improve processes and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in auditing practices, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical‑thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate within a team
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the audit industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
