General Manager (Pole Industry) - Mandarin Speaking

Oversee daily operations, production, sales, and business performance.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth and profitability targets.

Lead, motivate, and manage cross‑functional teams to ensure efficiency and quality.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the pole industry (stadium high masts, flag poles, monopoles, 5G communication poles, and decorative poles or related).
• Required skills strong in the MS Tower / Open Tower (v10.0), Bentley STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP 2000 & Solidworks, Auto CAD.
• Strong knowledge of production workflows and technical expertise in pole manufacturing.
• Proven track record in senior management or general management roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Required candidate who is able to communicate in Mandarin as you will be liaising with customers & vendors who are Mandarin speakers.
