Weareseekinganexperiencedandstrategic CountryManager toleadJDLogistics’operationsin SingaporeandMalaysia .Thisrolewillberesponsiblefordevelopingandexecutingthecountry-levelbusinessstrategy,overseeinglogisticsoperations,drivingbusinessgrowth,andensuringoperationalexcellence.Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundinlogistics,supplychainmanagement,ande-commerce,withprovenleadershipexperienceinmanagingteamsandbusinessexpansioninSoutheastAsia.
Key Responsibilities :
- OperationalLeadership : Overseeend-to-endlogisticsoperations,includingwarehousing,fulfillment,transportation,andlast-miledelivery.
- P&LManagement : Driveprofitabilitybyoptimizingoperationalcosts,improvingefficiency,andmanagingfinancialperformance.
- MarketDevelopment : Identifynewbusinessopportunities,partnerships,andkeyclientstostrengthenJDLogistics’marketposition.
- RegulatoryCompliance : Ensurealllogisticsandbusinessoperationscomplywithlocallaws,industryregulations,andcorporatepolicies.
- StakeholderEngagement : Collaboratewithinternalteams,localgovernmentagencies,partners,andclientstoenhanceserviceofferingsandoperationalcapabilities.
