We’re looking for proactive Technicians to join our growing team. Whether you're a recent graduate or have hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, this is your chance to work with advanced systems and contribute to the future of smart production.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly work following technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions, maintaining high-quality standards.
Assist in equipment setup, alignment, wiring, and functional testing during production assembly operations.
Install, maintain, and repair automated material handling and manufacturing equipment to ensure reliable operation.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to reduce downtime and maintain production readiness.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic software-related issues efficiently.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and fault resolutions in line with company documentation standards and ISO 9001 quality requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational guidelines, and quality control procedures in all tasks.
Participate in quality audits and support corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Assist in training operators and junior technicians on safe equipment operation and quality procedures.
Support installation and commissioning of new production systems or AMHS components.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Assembly Supervisor or management.
Qualifications
Working Experience
0–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor automation or similar manufacturing environments.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or other relevant fields.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
Familiarity with mechanical / electrical assembly processes, tools, and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office for basic reporting and documentation.
Bilingual (e.g., English and Mandarin) is an added advantage.
