Job Description

High Commission Position With Career Advancement Available! Let's Join Our Telemarketing Team NOW! We are looking for passionate and motivated people with good communication skills to join us!

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our services
  • Assist customers to find the solutions they need
  • Drive sales and grow together with the company

    • Job Responsibilities & Job Requirements

  • Sales via Phone : Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable financial solution and goals.
  • Achieve Sales Targets : Meet individual and team sales goals through effective phone communication.
  • Product Knowledge : Master and accurately introduce loan products to customers.
  • Record and Report : Accurately track call details and report progress and sales data to the supervisor.
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a team player.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required.

    • Schedule & Salary

  • 5 working days (9.30am‑5.30pm)
  • Salary : RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 per month, with additional allowances and incentives; which can easily achieve up to RM6,000 monthly ++ and more
  • Contribution of SOCSO & EPF
  • Additional Benefits : Performance-based Bonuses
