Restaurant Manager

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Ensure compliance with health, pest control, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to maximize profitability.

Manage ordering and stocktaking for all ingredients.

Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate menu planning and special promotions.

Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and employee performance for upper management.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills :

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Must be proficient in English & Chinese.

Proficiency in Microsoft software.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
