Assistant Operation Executive (Local & Export)

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Assistant Operation Executive to assist in export operations, shipping documentation, and local logistics coordination. The successful candidate will support administrative and operational aspects of our trading activities in the palm oil and biofuel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping operations, including booking space, cargo tracking, and shipment updates.
• Liaise and follow up with freight forwarders, forwarding agents, local / overseas suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth cargo flow.
• Prepare and handle full sets of export / import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
• Ensure compliance with L / C requirements and maintain proper documentation, filing, and record control.
• Coordinate local transportation — schedule lorry movements, arrange tankers / trucks for loading, and communicate with transporters to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage certification and regulatory submissions, including MPOB reporting, COA, COO, and relevant government documentation.
• Support in daily operations and ad-hoc logistics or administrative assignments.
