Assistant Sales Manager (Organic Packages / Ceramic substrates) (ID : )

  • Management of sales members with good leadership skills.
  • Find real problems and develop a proper way to resolute challenges effectively.
  • Key business discussion with customers including management level.
  • Progress management to achieve / exceed sales targets.
  • Market analysis to develop and execute sales strategies to promote products
  • Advise and train sales members for them to develop better sales performance.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidate should possess strong communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise messages to both customers and team members.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the following languages English, Mandarin and local dialect. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good team spirit. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
  • Independence and Proactivity. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and proactively, taking ownership of assigned tasks and completing them with integrity and diligence.
  • Candidate should have management skills.
  • At least 3 years of experiencein sales in organic packages or similar products with management / leadership experience is a must!
  • Diploma / Degree from any field
