Able to maintain full set accounts independently
Prepare invoices, accounting schedules, and manage accounts receivable / payable.
Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
Able to prepare financial reports for management, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Liaise with clients regarding accounts and documents issues.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant laws.
Support the client with to liaise with audits, tax and other financial projects as needed.
Governance
Support team leaders in conducting engagement, by actively participating in the fieldwork and / or engagements
Document process flows and identify relevant risks
Conduct audit testing and complete working papers in accordance with audit objectives and properly supported by formal documentation
Assist in drafting findings including recommendations to address weaknesses identified
Update the progress of engagement and participate in the report preparation of the findings.
Ensure all engagement deliverables are completed within the engagement timelines.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma holder or its equivalent in the field of Accounting, Finance, or other related Business Management field
Preferable with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in written and spoken English as well as possess excellent communication, report writing and computer skills
Proactive, good problem-solving ability, resourceful, innovative and have an eye for detail
Team player who is also able to work well independently under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Possess own transport, where possible
