Job Description

  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions for business clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure seamless adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Monitor system performance and manage updates or upgrades as needed.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal and client reference.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and industry trends.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful IT Consultant 365 Dynamic should have :

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and business services processes.
