We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of transformation programs. The ideal candidate will design and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and engagement activities to drive stakeholder alignment and sustainable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses, including stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and readiness surveys, to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including change networks, engagement initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee execution of change strategies, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and budget.
- Design and deliver communication plans across multiple channels (e.g., newsletters, Yammer, roadshows, town halls) to build awareness and engagement.
- Craft compelling change narratives, copywriting, and supporting materials to enhance understanding and adoption.
- Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through KPIs such as adoption rates, resistance levels, and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a Change Management Dashboard for reporting and tracking progress.
- Support and coordinate DTX (Digital Transformation) and EPF Champions activities.
- Produce comprehensive change management documentation, including change canvas, assessments, and management plans.
Qualifications
Practical experience in applying change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent ).Proven expertise in developing change strategies, conducting impact and readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis.Strong communication and copywriting skills for internal and external audiences.Ability to design and implement effective engagement and training initiatives.Experience in measuring, tracking, and reporting on change management outcomes.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and champion networks is a plus.Seniority level
