Key Responsibilities :

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, testing) before the start of production.

Operate machinery to manufacture products according to specifications.

Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products.

Perform basic machine maintenance and report major repairs needed.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Accurately record production data, downtime, and maintenance logs.

Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications & Skills :

SPM or equivalent (technical training a plus).

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and manuals.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Good physical stamina, able to stand for long periods and lift heavy things.

Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a factory / plant setting.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
