Senior Operator – Production

Job Purpose :

To operate, monitor, and control textile coating, mixing, and fabrication processes in accordance with production requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Senior Operator will also guide junior operators and ensure smooth daily operations on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities :

• Production Operations
• Operate and monitor coating, mixing, and fabrication machinery according to SOP.
• Ensure correct raw materials and chemicals are prepared and used.
• Maintain production output and efficiency as per schedule.
• Quality Control
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards.
• Report any non-conformance or defects immediately to supervisor.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Safety & Maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities promptly.
• Teamwork & Supervision
• Guide and support junior operators or new staff in daily tasks.
• Work closely with supervisors to achieve production targets.
• Cooperate with other departments (QA, Maintenance, Warehouse) for smooth workflow.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Complete production log sheets, material usage records, and downtime reports.
• Ensure proper labelling and handling of materials.

Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
