This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain compensation policies and conduct market benchmarking Lead job evaluations, pay range reviews, and job architecture mapping Manage employee benefits and advise on global mobility policies Support HR projects (e.g. incentive plans, recognition programs) Provide data-driven insights and guidance to HR teams Partner with vendors and ensure compliance with legal standards Be the SME for the global mobility policy and advise on global mobility process Review existing policies against market standards and propose changes to attract and retain talent Qualifications

6–8 years’ experience in C&B, preferably in MNCs Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency Business-savvy, detail-oriented, and collaborative Proactive mindset with strong execution and communication skills Seniority level
