Adecco's client, a reputable multinational company, is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design and manage compensation and benefits strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance employee experience. The role involves market benchmarking, policy development, global mobility program management, and providing data-driven insights to support HR and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Management : Develop, review, and implement compensation policies; conduct market research, surveys, and benchmarking; support job evaluation, job architecture, and annual compensation review processes.
- Benefits & Global Mobility : Manage employee benefits programs, ensure equity across markets, and act as a subject matter expert on global mobility policies and practices.
- HR Advisory & Projects : Serve as a strategic advisor to HR on C&B solutions; support incentive plan design, job architecture optimization, and recognition programs.
- Analytics & Compliance : Provide data-driven insights to management, ensure compliance with legal standards, and maintain consistency in C&B processes.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner with HR teams, external consultants, and vendors to deliver effective C&B solutions and resolve escalated issues.
- Continuous Improvement : Review existing policies against market practices, propose enhancements, and support organizational initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.
Key Requirements
5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits (C&B) within multinational organizations.Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, and benchmarking methodologies.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in HR reporting and analytics.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of translating data into actionable insights.Exposure to global mobility programs and employee benefits management is an advantage.Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across HR and business functions.A collaborative team player with high learning agility and sound business acumen.Desired Skills and Experience
