About this Position This position focuses on driving growth for key Aerospace accounts in Singapore and Malaysia. It involves developing strong customer relationships, collaborating with regional teams, and building a robust sales pipeline to expand market share and ensure long-term business success.

Responsibilities

• You will execute and drive strategic growth initiatives for assigned key customers in Singapore & Malaysia within Aerospace OEM and MRO segment.
• You are responsible for establishing strong partnerships with key accounts, capturing new opportunities and sales through collaboration with regional teams.
• You manage customer relationship and customer satisfaction while expanding on market share.
• You are responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline and strategy for business growth with assigned accounts.
• You will serve as the main communication between key customers and internal teams.
• You need to maintain and grow CRM (ACE Sales pipeline), follow-up and successfully close projects in timely manner.
• You meet annual Key Performance targets.
• You build sales demand forecast based on distributor / customer needs and own the numbers.
• You need to prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
• You should make recommendations to the management team on business activity and on how the company can improve the marketability of its products in target markets.
• You coordinate and escalate challenges / opportunities to Technical / Product Development / Business Development / Purchasing / Customer Service / Supply Chain teams to support customer & Henkel needs
• Role to be based in West Malaysia with remote option available.
