JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Revenue Management Assistant Manager supports the revenue management team by assisting with pricing strategies, inventory management, demand forecasting, and performance analysis to optimize company revenue. This role provides valuable support in analyzing market trends, sales behaviour, and competitive landscapes, working under the guidance of the revenue head to implement effective revenue optimization strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, an interest in data-driven decision-making, and a desire to learn and grow within the field of revenue management.

Based on your performance and contribution in this role, you'll grow into becoming a Route Revenue Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for maximizing revenue across assigned flight routes through advanced inventory management, dynamic pricing strategies, and demand forecasting. This position requires strong leadership in guiding revenue optimization initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance route profitability.
