As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support the full recruitment process for a wide range of industries :
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases
- Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video calls
- Coordinate job applications, track candidate progress, and maintain recruitment data
- Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide candidate recommendation
- Support offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and candidates
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote FIND Talents and client brands
- Gain insights into various job functions, company cultures, and industry trends
